Outline

Biological studies suggest that life is strictly regulated by a great many proteins that form three-dimensional (3D) networks in a cell. The visualization of the 3D networks is however extremely difficult, hence most of riddles of life is unsolved up to the present. We will visualize the 3D networks of individual proteins by cryogenic fluorescence microscopy.
