Influenza A viruses causing annual
epidemics in human population are derived from the viruses
of aquatic birds.
Gene sequences in eight segments
of influenza A viruses are stablely maintained during proliferation
in aquatic birds. But the viruses isolated from human patients
show prone to have mutations in their gene sequences.
What is the determinant of differences
in stability? I'd like to get an answer!
