Outline

This research focuses on the reactivity of supercritical methane toward homo- and heterogeneous catalyst to convert methane to commodity chemicals. By utilizing physical properties of supercritical methane such as high concentration and facility for separation, an ideal methane conversion process with low temperature and high selectivity would be pioneered for industrialization in future.
