Randomness appears in many areas in natural sciences and technologies, such as quantum physics and stock marketing. Digital computers cannot produce genuine randomness. Instead, pseud-randomness, introduced by von Neumann, is effectively used. This study aims to establish a more effective notion “hyper uniformity” based on mathematics, and to apply the theory in practice.
