2010.6.28 The Protein Society announced to award Dr. Nobuhiro Go, Research Advisor of this Research Area, and Research Supervisor of Structure and Function of Biomolecules Research Area in 2001-2006, the 2010 Carl Branden Award for his many important scientific achievements in the protein science, including the advocasy of the consistency principle now embodied as the well-known Go model, the NMR distance geometry analysis as well as the normal vibration analysis of protein dynamics.
2010.3.18 The Ecological Society of Japan awarded Professor Nanako Shigesada, Research Supervisor of this Research Area, The Ecological Society of Japan Award for her achievement at the 57th Annual Meeting of the Ecological Society of Japan held at the Komaba Campus of The University of Tokyo on March 18, 2010.
