Optimal information processing in molecular, cellular and developmental phenomena.
A variety of molecular, cellular, and developmental processes work robustly despite fluctuation in their
components. In this work, I will develop a mathematical framework to analyse the underlying mechanism
of the robustness by combining the theory of statistics and that of dynamical systems. This theory will
enable us to elucidate the mechanism how cells behave robustly and flexibly against intrinsic and
extrinsic uncertainties.
