1) Field of Cooperation -"Environmental Science and Technologies and Energy"
In October 2011, JST and NSERC signed an MOU to implement the "Strategic International Research Cooperative Program" (SICP). Under this MOU, JST and NSERC have mutually agreed to support research within the field of "Environmental Science and Technologies and Energy".

Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC)
NSERC was established in 1978 for the purpose of making Canada a country of discoverers and innovators for the benefit of all Canadians.
