[Important] About alternative application method for FOREST research proposals

Regarding e-Rad system, there is a possibility that system delays may occur due to a large number of accesses on the day of the application deadline (FOREST: Wednesday Oct 25th noon).
Therefore, please give yourself enough time to complete submission of proposal.
In the event of an unexpected incident, we will post the latest information of the research proposals call the direction on this web site.

In past years, there have been a number of problems due to applications received just before the deadline.We ask that you submit your application well in advance of the deadline.

If you contact the e-Rad Help Desk before or after the deadline, JST will make the final decision on whether or not to accept your application. Please be sure to contact JST if you have any questions regarding the acceptance of applications.

Please note that no proposals will be accepted after the deadline.

＜Notes on application＞

If you perform "retract" on the day of the deadline, and when the system is congested, you may not be able to access or upload after "retract", and you may not be able to apply in time for the deadline, so please refrain from doing so as much as possible.
If the application is not completed, the proposal uploaded before the retraction will be also invalid, so please do not so.
After completing the application, please confirm that the application status of turns to "Processing by funding agency in progress” = 「配分機関処理中 申請中」.
