Molecular chirality is an important nature to affect life process closely. In ensemble system, we are impossible to discuss the chirality of each chiral molecule in racemic mixture. But, if we can directly detect the chirality of individual molecules, it has become feasible to discuss it even in racemic mixture.
This project aims at directly detection of the molecular chirality at the single molecule level using with the circularly polarized excitation and the circularly polarized luminescence.
