Developing Algorithmic Paradime for Similarity Structure Analysis in Large Scale Data

The computation time for data analysis increases much more than the increase of data size, thus quite long time is needed to analyze large scale data. In this research, we develop algorithm s for finding similar structures in large scale data by using algorithmic technologies. The problem is fundamental in application area, thus as a result, the computation time will be decreased up to 1/100 in clustering, frequent structure mining, and so on.
