This study attempts to develop novel algorithms to integrate knowledge on the web using complex network and machine learning theories. We especially focus on named entities (such as persons, organization, material, and so on), which can be structured for particular prediction purposes. The technique is fundamental in order to structure the entities on the web and utilize as knowledge, resulting in next-generation "knowledge engine" on the web.
