In the highly information-oriented society, it is important to acquire useful knowledge from huge and complex data stored in databases. However, a few methods have been proposed to analyze complex graphs changing over the course of time such as link structure on Web, human networks, and biological networks. This research aims to develop new methods to discover useful and characteristics patters from the changing graphs.
