Outline

One of the promising ideas to realize a resilient energy mnagement system (EMS) is to exploit the distributed batteries installed in electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid vehicles. This project particularly addresses the following three challenges: (1) Observation and modeling of energy consumption behavior, and its application to prediction and diagnosis, (2) Design of local EMS using In-vehicle batteries, (3) Design of EMS aggregator based on cooperative use of distributed In-vehicle batteries.
