Outline

To reveal plant responses under complex field environments, it is essential to study plants both under fields and under controlled environments. In this project, we perform massive field research and develop highly parallelized growth chambers. Using massive data from the field study and the parallelized growth chambers, we develop a comprehensive model of transcriptome time series. We predict important traits under the field and the plant factory through the model.
