The objective of research is to create DC energy by scavenging environmental nW-level RF energy. Novel-structure Super-Steep Transistor and Meta-Material Antenna will be developed to rectify and to boost the RF energy, so that high efficiency of 80% in the circuit is expected. We can utilize RF energy from Sky Tree in all over Kanto plain region, so that this research contribute to make IoT worlds in which infrastructure diagnosis and deserter prediction are carried out anytime and anywhere
