Recently, energy harvesting based on electret (dielectric with permanent charges) attracts much attention as an innovative power generation technology that enables social implementation of high-added-value power source. In the present study, core technologies toward high-performance electret power generation with two-order-of-magnitude higher output power will be pursued through development of innovative organic-inorganic hybrid electret and new functional fluid with anisotropic permittivity.
