Outline

We will form new functional films controlled by two-dimensional surfaces and/or interfaces, which do not exist in the bulk states. By introducing such new properties to existing technology, current electron device functions will be dramatically widen and strengthen. We will propose and demonstrate the technology fundamentals opening a new door from the current More Moore to a functional More Moore region, which will make future ULSI more versatile and powerful.
