Cancellation Policy

Before March 15 (Wed.), 2017 Full Refund
Before April 14 (Fri.), 2017 50% Refund
After April 15 (Sat.), 2017 No Refund

Cancellation should be noticed to the secretariat by E-mail (gendersummit10_tokyo@c-linkage.co.jp) with the participant's name and his/her Registration ID.

*  For any cancellation, refund will be proceed with a deduction of 1,000JPY of handling fee.
