Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), in collaboration with Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), will hold a workshop to promote UK-Japan quantum research collaboration.
We are pleased to announce that we are inviting speakers from Japan and the UK, who are researchers in the field of Quantum Science and Technology worldwide to join this online pitch event. There will also be an opportunity to be a participant in the networking fair. We encourage further research projects leaders to explore the potential for future high-quality collaboration in the quantum field. Don't miss out on this opportunity!

Participant's requirement and Conditions
Participants are
- currently affiliated with a research institution (university, independent administrative agency, public experimental research agency, public interest corporation and company, etc.) in either Japan or the UK.
- wish to strengthen the network of international collaborative research teams.
- keen to exchange information with Japanese and British researchers in the quantum field.
- to expand the horizons of early career researchers and enhance their international exposure.

A:Presenters
People who actively seek co-research partners between the UK and Japan, you can make a pitch talk during the event to demonstrate your intention to collaborate.
- Registration deadline 15th November 17:00 JST.
- The maximum number of presenters is 20. Speakers will be selected by JST and EPSRC with the aim of providing overview of the diversity of quantum technologies in Japan and the UK, applications from Early Career Researchers (for example New Investigator level in the UK) are encouraged. Those not selected to present can still participate.
- Presenters will present a "2-minute' pitch" to describe their expertise and show interests of international research collaboration.
- Pitch can be conducted either live, with or without slides, or promotion pre-recorded video.
- If chosen to present, if you wish to present a slide or video, please be sure to submit your presentation Slide or Video to EPSRC/ JST office by 25th Nov.
Presenters from the UK will send data to EPSRC Quantum Technologies.
