Outline

The purpose of this projet is to elucidate the role of dynamically deformed domain on spatial sturucture of genes or biochemicals, and to find a possibility of a novel idea for the regulation method of cell function without using genetic manipulation. I will suggest that a cell function could be regulated by geometrical properties of cell or nucleus. My study also suggests that considering the spatial dynamics of genes or biochemicals with the influence of the enviroment where these are included is very important.
