Outline

To link the structure and function of live cell, quantitative evaluation of chemical concentration is required. In addition, to evaluate the microorgans function of the cell, local stimulation, low-invasive, and local analytical techniques are essential. In this work, I will develop the nano electrochemical microscopy to perform the local observation, stimulation, and sensing to link the structure and function of live cell with nanoscale.
