注目！日本の未来につながる国家プロジェクトが福島で進行中！

2011年の東日本大震災と原子力災害により福島県の一部地域には避難指示が出され、多くの住民は長期にわたる避難生活を余儀なくされました。その後、飛散した放射性物質を取り除く除染が進み、多くの地域で避難指示は解除され、徐々に生活できる環境は整ってきました。しかし戻らないという選択をした住民も多く、地域の人口は震災前に比べ大きく減少しています。その対策の一つとして「福島イノベーション・コースト構想」という国家プロジェクトが展開されており、新たな産業基盤の構築などに取り組んでいます。この取り組みを来場者の皆さんに知っていただき対話をする中で、福島や日本の未来につながるイメージを共有できたらと思います。

Due to the Great East Japan Earthquake and nuclear disaster in 2011, evacuation orders were issued for some areas of Fukushima Prefecture, and many residents were forced to live in evacuation for a long time. Since then, decontamination has progressed to remove scattered radioactive materials, evacuation orders have been lifted in many areas, and the environment where people can live has gradually been established. However, many residents have chosen not to return, and the population of the area has decreased significantly compared to before the earthquake. As one of the countermeasures, a national project called the "Fukushima Innovation Coast Initiative" is being developed, and we are working to build a new industrial base. We hope that visitors will learn about this initiative and share images that will lead to the future of Fukushima and Japan through dialogue.
