書き順（筆順）の根拠が気になるみなさん。書き順は覚えるものであると考えていませんか？　身につけるべきルールであると考えていませんか？　いいえ、そうではありません。「学校」を「がくこう」ではなく「がっこう」と読むのは、その方が発音しやすいからであるのと似ています。その書き順で書いた方がスムーズに書けるからです。スムーズなだけでなく、バランスよく書けるからです。この企画では、書き順の根拠を、みなさんとともに探りたいと思います。「書く」という動作を分解し、手間や正確さを評価してみましょう。その結果、これまでの書き順を覆す結論が出るかも知れません。そうなれば、令和版「新・書き順」の発見です。

For everyone who is curious about the basis of stroke order of Kanji. Don't you think that stroke order is something to memorize? Don't you think they are rules you should learn? No, it's not. It's similar to how "gakkou" ("school" in English) is pronounced "gakkou" instead of "gakukou" because it's easier to pronounce that way. This is because you can write more smoothly if you write in that stroke order. Not only is it smooth, but it also allows you to write in a well-balanced manner. In this project, I'd like to explore the basis of stroke order through discussions together with participants. Let's break down the process of hand-writing and evaluate loads and accuracies while writing. Possibility is that a conclusion may be reached that overturns the standard stroke order. We might be able to discover the Reiwa version of the new stroke order!
