Needless to say, it is inevitably important that for sustainable development in the regional society, the economic performance as well as the environmental circumstance has been simultaneously and stably improving along observed renewal evidences in society. Furthermore, it should be also efficient that various agents including consumers, businesses and local government make an effort to participate and collaborate with each others to create a newly designed social system frame strategically. So far, the situation in the regional area is not necessarily enough to design and realize such evidence-based policy, because of the lack of official statistics and human resources, who coordinate the regional society. Our project is to aim the development of the methodological framework of the statistical analysis and official statistics to propose the policy instrument for the simultaneous stability both in the economy and the environment and design the new structure of the regionally sustainable society.
