The National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) held the “Integrated Database Workshop: AJACS Online 10” on January 20, 2022.

Under the theme of “Utilizing protein databases,” we conducted two lectures: (1) Observing 3D structure data of proteins with PDBj, and (2) Analyzing proteome via jPOST. A total of 135 participants from universities, research institutes, and researchers all over the nation gathered for the workshop.
