The National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) held the “Integrated Database Workshop: AJACS Online 9” on December 16, 2021.

Under the theme of “Analyzing polymorphic data on disease,” we conducted three lectures: (1) Searching information related to human genome variants with TogoVar, (2) Sharing and comparing phenotypic and genotypic data, and (3) Estimating the function of the variant. A total of 132 participants from universities, research institutes, and researchers all over the nation gathered for the workshop.
