The National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) held the “Integrated Database Workshop: AJACS Online 8” on August 19, 2021.

Under the theme of “Interpretation of gene expression data and application of it to genome editing” we conducted two lectures: (1) Biological interpretations of gene lists from the gene expression database (using Excel), and (2) Searching target sites of genome-editing via web tools. Total of 138 participants from universities, research institutes, and researchers all over the nation gathered for the workshop.
