The National Bioscience Database Center (NBDC) held the “Integrated Database Workshop: AJACS Online 7” on July 15, 2021.

Under the theme of “Utilize BLAST search, genome browser, and NGS database” we conducted two lectures: (1) Sequence analysis and gene function analysis using genome database and genome browser, and (2) Using the next generation sequence database, searching for open NGS data and registering one’s own NGS data. Total of 152 participants from universities, research institutes, and researchers all over the nation gathered for the workshop.
