JST was granted the “Kurumin” certification based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next Generation Children (hereinafter the Next Generation Act), on December 18, 2020. This is the second time JST has been certified as a childcare support organization following the first certification in 2015.

The government certifies organizations with the Kurumin mark that have set the action plan formulated in accordance with the Next Generation Act, and met certain certification criteria, such as promoting the use of childcare and annual leaves, and the percentage of employees taking childcare leave.

We will continue to promote the working environment that enables workers have a good balance between work and childcare.
