Dr. Hamaguchi Michinari, President of JST, received H.E. Mr. Bambang Brodjonegoro, Minister for Research and Technology/Chairman of the National Agency for Research and Innovation of the Republic of Indonesia.

Welcome remarks by Dr. Hamaguchi were followed by an introduction of JST by the Department of International Affairs and an introduction of the Sakura Science Plan by the China Research and Sakura Science Center.

Additional discussions were held concerning a wide range of JST funding systems and relevant activities.
