Development of Electronics on Self-Organized Graphite Sheets

Research Project Outline

We will develop electronics using the state of the art top-down nano-technology on bottom-up self-organized low-cost graph-ite sheets with atomically fl at surfaces that posses various advantages such as high thermal conductivity, high electrical conductivity, and fl exibility. We will fabricate new functional semiconductor device system by the combination of high in-tensity LEDs, high speed electron devices, and high effi -ciency solar cells with this technique.
