日トルコ100周年記念事業（J-RAPID）

開催概要

国立研究開発法人科学技術振興機構（JST）はトルコ科学技術研究会議（Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye：TÜBİTAK）と協力して、2023年2月6日にトルコ南部で発生した地震（「カフラマンマラシュ（トルコ南東部）地震」という）に関連した緊急を要する研究・調査を支援する「国際緊急共同研究・調査支援プログラム（J-RAPID）」を2023～2024年にかけ、実施しました。

J-RAPIDについて

また今回の公募で採択した10課題の共同研究・調査の分野は、地震の解明、地質調査、経済、教育、公衆衛生、データベース化など多岐にわたっています。この研究を通じて得られた知見を報告し共有するため、2024年6月にトルコ　イスタンブールにあるボアジチ大学で最終ワークショップを開催致しました。
なお本ワークショップはトルコ外交関係樹立100周年事業に認定されました。
