ご挨拶/Greetings
内閣府 総合科学技術・イノベーション会議 革新的研究開発推進プログラム（ImPACT）
「量子人工脳を量子ネットワークでつなぐ高度知識社会基盤の実現」では、ImPACT量子情報技術ワークショップ（第三回全体会議）を2017年3月27日～29日に、科学技術振興機構（JST）にて開催いたします。量子人工脳、量子シミュレーション、量子セキュアネットワークの３分野における研究開発の現状と展望を講演およびポスター発表により紹介します。また、理化学研究所創発物性科学研究センター量子システム理論研究チームのProf. Daniel Lossよりトポロジカル量子計算について特別に講演をしていただき、経済産業省大臣官房サイバーセキュリティ・情報化審議官の伊東寛氏を迎えて、サイバーセキュリティの脅威と対策についてパネルセッションを行い、今後の開発動向について皆様と議論してまいります。
量子情報技術の実用化を目指し、光技術・IT技術・量子技術に携わる多くの企業・大学の関係者の方々に参加していただき、より良いプログラムにしていきたいと考えております。皆様のご参加と活発な議論を期待しています。

The Quantum Information Technology Workshop (The Annual Meeting 2017) organized by the ImPACT Yamamoto Program on “Advanced information society infrastructure linking quantum artificial brains in quantum network” will be held during March 27 – 29, 2017 at JST, Tokyo, Japan. The purpose of this workshop is to present recent progress and future prospects of the three fields, quantum artificial brain, quantum simulation, and quantum secure network by lectures and poster sessions. There will also be the special lecture by Prof. Daniel Loss, Quantum System Theory Research Team, Center for Emergent Matter Science of RIKEN, and the panel session with Mr. Hiroshi Ito, Deputy Director-General for Cybersecurity and Information Technology, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Prof. Loss will address the topological quantum computing. We will discuss the urgent threats and counter-measures of cyber security at the panel session. We would like to kindly invite researchers and students, working in photonics, information and quantum technologies, toward practical use of quantum information technologies.

プライバシーポリシー / Privacy Policy
1. 利用者情報の収集について/Collection of Users' Personal Information
本サイトは個人を特定できるような情報の収集を行います。収集する情報としましては、お名前、所属機関、役職、メールアドレス及び意見交換会の出欠の情報です。
When you register for e-mail services from Japan Science and Technology Agency ("JST"), make job application for staff recruiting, make inquiry or any other access to JST, we may ask for personal information to identify specific individual. This consists of information such as your name, title, postal address, Affiliation, telephone number, facsimile number and e-mail address.
2. 収集した情報の利用範囲について/Use of Collected Personal Information
収集した個人を特定できるような情報については、本公募における活動の範囲内において保存、利用、分析を行います。また、収集した情報のうち個人を特定できるものを、このプライバシーポリシーの定めるところに従って使用することができるものとします。
JST will save, use and analyze the collected personal information, within the limit of authorized and lawful activities of JST. JST will use your personal information according to this Privacy Policy.
3. 収集した情報の第三者への開示について/ Disclosure to Third Party of Collected Personal Information
ＪＳＴでは、収集した情報のうち個人を特定できるものについては、以下に掲げる3つの例外的な場合を除き、これを意図的に第三者に開示することは一切行いません。
1）法的根拠に基づいて請求された場合
2）情報の提供に伴って、特に第三者への開示についての承諾を提供者から得ている場合
3）ＪＳＴの提供する情報を当該利用者に引き渡す業務の担当者に対し、当該引き渡し業務の履行に必要な範囲において、開示する場合
ＪＳＴは、収集した情報が偶然に第三者へ開示されることを防ぐために合理的な措置を講じています。
JST will not disclose to any third party the collected personal information to be able to identify individuals, except for the following three instances:
1）where disclosure is required, based on legal ground;
2）where your consent has been specifically given to disclosure to third party, when personal information was collected; or
3）where certain personal information is disclosed to an employee or other staff of JST or other contracting party to the extent that such disclosure is needed to render certain service to you from JST. In this case, JST will take the reasonable steps and measures to prevent collected personal information from being incidentally disclosed to third party.
4. セキュリティについて/Security
利用者各位から提供された個人を特定できる内容の情報については、合理的なセキュリティ手段を用いて、その紛失・漏洩防止、悪用防止、改竄防止および破壊防止に努めています。しかしながら、絶対的なセキュリティを保障することは不可能ですので、その点をご了承願います。
JST will endeavor to safeguard the collected personal information from missing, leaking, misuse, alteration or destruction, through reasonable security measures. Please note that it is impossible to assure absolute and perfect security measures.
5. プライバシーポリシーの変更について/Changes to JST's Privacy Policy
ＪＳＴは、適宜このプライバシーポリシーの内容を変更することができます。プライバシーポリシーの内容を変更した場合には、本サイト上に掲示し、利用者各位の注意を促します。
