Fabrication instruments for bio-organic devices
Bio-organic devices consist of layered thin films with many kinds of materials such as semiconductors, metals, and insulators.
Each layer is deposited by printing paste with a printing machine or by vacuum evaporator, using optimal methods according to the purpose. Using these techniques we have established the fabrication process for the world-thinnest and lightest organic devices.
