Mathematical analysis for the skin barrier function as the self-organization

The skin has the barrier function which maintains moisture inside the human being. From the recent experimental result, it was suggested that the skin barrier function is one of the self-organization phenomena by the calcium ion propagation. We cooperate with the dermatologist and the nonlinear scientist, compose the mathematical model to describe the skin barrier function and make a skin barrier function clear mathematically. Then, it pioneers a dermatology field as the mathematical science from the viewpoint of the self-organization.
