　In order to consider environmental protection measures to be practiced at the Tokyo 2020 Games, various activities such as pressure to stakeholders and investigation of precedents in London and Rio games have been made.
　These activities have been successful, and so far various proposals for environmental efforts towards 2020 have gathered from various companies and organizations. In particular, a large number of proposals aiming at “the first carbon-minus program in history” have gathered.
　Therefore, the possibility of a platform of Industry, Academia, Government, and Citizens Collaboration to gather good proposals, choose and practice good program have been examined.
　Based on the examination, “Tokyo 2020 carbon minus support platform (provisional name)” is proposed.
