Analysis of tRNA aminoacylation based on molecular recognition capability of nucleotides.

Abstract
The genetic code is the algorithm that connects specific RNA triplets to amino acids throughout all biological systems. I will analyze the process of chemical aminoacylation of tRNA at the nucleotide level and try to elucidate the origins of homochirality and also the genetic code used by biological systems.
