The following is the schedule for notification of interview and selection results for the strategic research projects (CREST, PRESTO, and ACT-X) for FY2024.

PRESTO/ACT-X:	Tuesday, May 28, 2024, at 12:00 noon, Japan time
CREST:	Tuesday, June 4, 2024, at 12:00 noon, Japan time
Document review:	Early June – Late July
Notification of document review results on e-Rad:	Early July - Late July
Interview review (Online):	Middle of July – Early August
Notification of interview results:	Middle of September
Announcement of Adopted Proposals:	Middle of September – Late September
Research start:	October 1st, 2024 (planning)

We would like to inform you of the following.

1.How to be Notified of the Document Review Results

We will send notifications of those selected for interviews via email. We list the deadlines for them in the "Schedule of Selection Process" on the "Call for Proposal" page for each research area.

Rejection results will be registered on e-Rad approximately one week after the document review.
Please note that you will not be notified via email when your application is rejected for the document review.
We will also send reasons for rejection after the end of the selection via e-mail.

2.How to be Notified of the Interview Selection Results

If you are likely to be selected, we will contact you by email or phone by early September to confirm whether we will enter into a sponsored research agreement. If you are selected, we will notify you by e-mail and inform you of the procedures for starting the research.
If unfortunately you are not selected for an interview, we will register the result on e-Rad in mid-September.
We will inform you of the reasons for the rejection by e-mail at a later date.
