The results of the document-based selection and interview-based selection will be notified by email instead of in writing.
The notification methods of selection results described in Chapter 5 "5.1.2 Selection Method (3) Interview-Based Selections and Notification of Selection Results" of the Application Guideline will be changed as follows. (Only the changed parts are described.)

(p.46~47 in Application Guideline (All) <1st Term>, p.45~46 in that of <2nd Term>)
a. [Omitted] Persons, who are regrettably not succeed in the document-based selection, will be informed the result by email in one week after the document-based selection session as a standard. [Omitted]
c. Applicants rejected in either the document- or interview-based selection will be informed their results by email after the end of selection. The comment from the evaluators will be sent by email through the e-Rad system.
d. Applicants, whose research proposals are selected for adoption, will be notified of their success and be informed of their selection by email and provided with the procedure of starting their research. [Omitted]

We will inform the selection results to the email address entered in the e-Rad individual item at the time of application.
Please note that we may inform the results in writing in case of any problems in sending them by email.
