Outline

This exchange program brings together young students and researchers from Japan and Malaysia to collaborate on creating environmentally friendly and sustainable mobility solutions. Students and faculty members from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, who are engaged in automotive research, will be invited to Japan. They will have the opportunity to learn about Japan’s world-leading technologies, including cutting-edge steel-based lightweighting techniques and design methods that balance fuel efficiency and performance. Participants will experience practical training using state-of-the-art research facilities, providing hands-on learning that closely resembles real-world applications. Conversely, Japanese students will visit Malaysia to take on practical challenges using the latest experimental equipment. Their focus will be on hydrogen-powered, eco-friendly diesel engine systems and advanced suspension technologies that ensure a smooth and comfortable driving experience. Through this program, young people with a shared vision will connect across borders, fostering the creation of new ideas and innovations. Together, they will form a global network of collaborators who support the future of sustainable automotive development and continue the challenge of protecting our planet's environment.
