The target of the present work is construction of the materials that exhibit the novel properties and phenomena, occurred by light irradiating.
The photo-functionalities based on correlation of magnetism and electricity and the photo-phenomena where the features of a phase transition 'cooperative effect' and 'fluctuation' play important roles are researched from view point of material science.
