Mr. Saito graduated from Tokyo Institute of Technology, Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a master’s degree. After graduating from the university, he joined Corporate Directions, Inc. In 2001, he graduated from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, USA (Master of Science in eCommerce) and on the same year, he became an associate partner at Corporate Directions, Inc. He then joined Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (IRCJ) in 2003. Since then, he has served as Managing Director, Industrial Revitalization Corporation of Japan (2004); Director, OCC Corporation (2004-2006); Director, Kanebo Lｔｄ. In 2007, he established Industrial Growth Platform, Inc.(IGPI) and is currently a managing director of the company.
