Abstract

We examine the mechanism of many-body interaction between photoexcited carriers in the semiconductor nanostructures by using the ultrafast laser spectroscopy and designing the nanostructures. We explore the unique hot carrier solar cells using the excess energy of photoexcited carriers in order to realize highly efficient solar cells.
