Abstract

Using time-resolved microwave conductivity, nanometer-scale electrical conductivity and the dynamics of charge carriers generated by laser pulse are investigated without electrodes in donor-acceptor films represented by bulk heterojunction. To approach the fundamental science of organic photovoltaic cells, the present research is conducted from multi viewpoints such as measurements, analysis, theory, and materials. The discovery of novel optoelectric properties and development of new functional materials are expected.
