Systems biology of plant circadian clock for biomass production

Systems biology is needed to understand the biomass production, because plant biomass is determined by the interaction of genetic factors and environmental cues. This research focuses on a circadian clock, a system to response to diurnal and seasonal cycles, to understand biomass production. Designing a suitable clock-associated gene to higher biomass production is another aim of this study.
