We aim to identify novel regulatory networks involved in environmental stress adaptation and plant productivity. Using the networks, we will develop the environmental stress-tolerant plants and essential technologies to utilize carbon dioxide. Through the expansion of cultivated area by development of the stress-tolerant crops and the enhancement of plant productivity, we will try to contribute to utilization of carbon dioxide.
