Genetic linkage, classical powerful method, describes the tendency of certain loci or alleles to be inherited together. But, this powerful method is dependent on the number of disease-pedigrees, completely. My goal of this project is development method that determine the causative gene using RNA-seq information from the patient’s iPS cell of a single pedigree.
