Researchers Theme Outline

We propose the breakthrough technologies for realizing personal genome service based on Genetics and Artificail Intelligence. First, more reliable computational model for genetic risk prediction is investigated by analyzing phenotype-genotype correlations in several data-sets scored by our rating system.
Second, we investigate how the knowledge of genetic risk affect his/her behaviour by world's first field test in Japanese population. Our technologies are useful for predicting individual's disease risk or personal trait based on his/her personal genome. We expect to have new scientific discoveries with our technologies.
