Molecular basis of DOHAD theory that various stresses during fetal stage and early childhood affect diseases of adult and offspring has not been well understood due to the technical difficulties of the analysis. In this study, I will elucidate the molecular mechanism of epigenome change caused by various stresses and its transgenerational inheritance by using Drosophila system. The goal of this study is to propose a novel approach for prevention, diagnosis and therapy of epigenetic medicine.
