Strategy for Hole-Transport-Material-Free Perovskite Solar Cells Using Carbon-Based Electrodes (Vol. 4)
Summary
The growth process of perovskite crystal films in different solvents was investigated to clarify the issues involved in achieving high efficiency of perovskite solar cells using only low-cost, highly stable carbon (carbon nanotube) electrodes.
Perovskite solar cells with degraded carbon electrodes were found to self-heal by hot-pressing. Hole-Transport-Material-Free Perovskite solar cells using carbon-based electrodes are expected to have sufficient recovery function even after degradation.
